AIP Resort,Turtle Dunes,Oceanfront, Steps to the Beach & Pool

Ocean front, third floor, we usually go higher but this condo was so perfect for our needs we will be back. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with whatever you needed to cook family meals. Condo beautifully decorated, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Management was very communicative. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this condo! Ghazal maintained great communication throughout the entire process, from booking, and even after we checked out. She even mailed us some items that were accidentally left behind. The beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked. The only reason this condo didn't get 5 stars, was due to a problem with the air conditioning (which was remedied on our second day) and due to cleanliness/construction. On the surface the condo was clean and well stocked, but it really could use a deep clean. It could use to have the furniture moved and vacuuming below everything. We did find two cockroaches during our stay, but we have learned these are much more normal in the South, than what we're used to in the Midwest, and have found them in other rentals of this caliber. There was some minimal construction going on at the building which made the luggage ramp inaccessible and caused noise during the daytime which could be bothersome when trying to rest. (We fully understand this is out of the control of the property management and the owners, but a notice on the post during on going construction might be helpful until it's completed. If you spend most of the day away from the condo, you won't even notice it.) Ghazal also compensated us for the air conditioning not functioning properly, which gives us great confidence overall, in the property management, and we would certainly be willing to rent from them again if we return to Amelia Island.

Beautiful property and location

Everything you could need away from home was provided. Beds were very comfortable and all the right size. Getting more than one king and two separate beds is not easy. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Access to ocean and the pool were conveniently located. Plenty of parking. The host got back to me timely with any questions. I’d rent this property again the next time we’re in Amelia Island.

It is a beautiful spot that exceeded expectations! Excellent location, easy access to the pool, beach, and ocean views. It was a well-furnished condo with everything we needed, including some. It will be an ongoing favorite!
